The program includes hikes, guided tours and sunset tours.<\/p>\n<p>The excursions explore trails, vineyards, terraces and historic villages. In addition, some activities focus on local culture and traditions.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the complete program for the week.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Program from September 24 to 30<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Thursday, September 24 \u2013 Water, Earth and Stone<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Manarola \u2013 Volastra \u2013 Manarola hike<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Meeting point:<\/strong> Manarola railway station<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 9:00 AM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> about 4 hours<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walking time:<\/strong> about 2 hours and 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> E<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distance:<\/strong> about 5 km<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elevation gain:<\/strong> +340 m<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start and finish:<\/strong> Manarola railway station<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>\u201cWater, Earth and Stone\u201d<\/strong> hike starts in Manarola. The route reaches Volastra through old trails and terraces.<\/p>\n<p>During the hike, you will see the Church of San Lorenzo and the old Pi\u00e8 di Campo mill. The trail also crosses terraces restored by the <strong>Stonewalls for Life<\/strong> project.<\/p>\n<p>The route then reaches Volastra. Here, you can see the Church of Our Lady of Health.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the trail descends towards Manarola. Along the way, it crosses vineyards, olive groves and old rural paths.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>Friday, September 25 \u2013 Discovering the mediterranean maquis<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>SVA Vernazza \u2013 Monterosso hike<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Meeting point:<\/strong> Vernazza, Cinque Terre Info Point at the railway station<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 9:00 AM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> about 3 hours<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walking time:<\/strong> about 2 hours<\/li>\n<li><strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> EE<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distance:<\/strong> about 3.7 km<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elevation gain:<\/strong> +217 m<\/li>\n<li><strong>Route:<\/strong> 592-4 (SVA2)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finish:<\/strong> Monterosso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The hike starts in Vernazza and reaches Monterosso. The route crosses the <strong>Mediterranean maquis<\/strong> and several scenic areas.<\/p>\n<p>The first section climbs along an old trail. The path reaches an altitude of about 150 metres.<\/p>\n<p>Next, the route crosses lemon groves and terraced vineyards. Finally, it reaches Punta Corone.<\/p>\n<p>From here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Monterosso&#8217;s historic centre. The Capuchin Convent and the Church of San Francesco are also visible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hiking shoes are mandatory.<\/strong> Good physical preparation is also required.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>Saturday, September 26 \u2013 From the vineyard to the cellar<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Manarola \u2013 Groppo \u2013 Manarola hike<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Meeting point:<\/strong> Manarola, Cinque Terre Info Point at the railway station<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 9:00 AM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> about 3 hours<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walking time:<\/strong> about 1 hour and 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> E<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distance:<\/strong> about 2.5 km<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elevation gain:<\/strong> +240 m<\/li>\n<li><strong>Route:<\/strong> 506 and 506V<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start and finish:<\/strong> Manarola<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>\u201cFrom the vineyard to the cellar\u201d<\/strong> hike starts in Manarola. The route climbs towards Groppo along old mule tracks.<\/p>\n<p>Along the trail, you will see vegetable gardens, olive groves and cultivated fields. Therefore, the landscape shows the strong connection between agriculture and the territory.<\/p>\n<p>In Groppo, the program includes a visit to <strong>Cantina Sociale del Groppo<\/strong>. Here, participants can learn about grape growing and wine production.<\/p>\n<p>A wine tasting is also available. The famous staircase has 377 steps and leads up to the village.<\/p>\n<p>Next, the guide takes participants through the streets of Corniglia. Therefore, no hiking trail is included.<\/p>\n<p>The activity is suitable for everyone.
