Just a few simple rules to enjoy the rich trail network of Cinque Terre Park in complete safety<\/h2>\n

\n<\/em>Evocative and extraordinary: such is Cinque Terre Park. And the best way to get to know it is by walking on its numerous cliff-side tracks, on trails running by small villages and across mountains that decline – abruptly, sometimes – towards the sea rocks and the transparent water.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are some precautions for a safe hike.<\/span><\/p>\n

1<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>Choose your trail\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>according to your physical conditions and technical skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0<\/strong>Read up\u00a0<\/span>on the characteristics of the route, by studying the topographical map (i.e., distances, differences in height, sources, fountains, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n
