The first week kicks off with a series of guided activities, all included in the Cinque Terre Card. These events are designed to offer an authentic and sustainable way to explore the Cinque Terre National Park and the Protected Marine Area. An experience that blends hiking, history, biodiversity, and snorkeling in the crystalline sea.

July 2 – “Between Myth and History”
📍 Vernazza – 10:00 AM
A journey through legends and local heritage: explore the myths and historical tales of Vernazza through a storytelling walk along its alleyways and scenic viewpoints.
July 4 – “Centuries-old Traditions, History, and Culture”
📍 Corniglia – 10:00 AM
Discover the timeless rural traditions of Corniglia, from architectural heritage to stories of farming life, narrated by the Park’s expert guides.
July 5 – “Among the Vineyards of the Manarola Foundation”
📍 Manarola – 9:00 AM
A walk through heroic vineyards and terraced landscapes, exploring the viticulture projects supported by the Fondazione Manarola.
July 6 – “Discovering the mediterranean scrub”
📍 Corniglia – 9:00 AM
A guided hike through the Mediterranean maquis, focusing on wild flora, biodiversity, and the conservation of the Special Vegetation Area (SVA).
July 7 – “Among Olive Trees and Citrus Groves”
📍 Monterosso al Mare – 9:00 AM
Explore the roots of local agriculture in a scenic walk among olive trees and citrus gardens, immersed in the essence of Mediterranean tradition.
July 8 – International Mediterranean Day: Guided Snorkeling
📍 Monterosso al Mare – 9:00 AM
A special free event (no Cinque Terre Card required): explore the underwater biodiversity of the Protected Marine Area with experienced snorkeling guides.
